Adobe からエラーが出ました。

In Acrobat, trying to use a tool or feature results in the following error:

“A running instance of Acrobat has caused an error.”

Reason: The error occurs when an already launched instance of Acrobat is busy or in a hang state and you try to perform some operation from outside Acrobat, for example, opening a PDF file by double-clicking.

Acrobatで、ツールや機能を使おうとすると、次のようなエラーが発生します。

"実行中のAcrobatのインスタンスでエラーが発生しました。"

理由は以下の通りです。このエラーは、すでに起動しているAcrobatのインスタンスがビジー状態やハング状態にあるときに、ダブルクリックでPDFファイルを開くなど、Acrobatの外部から何らかの操作を行おうとすると発生します。

解決1

Acrobat を終了。

タスクマネージャから Acrobat を強制終了。

Acrobat を終了。

レジストリエディタ起動。

 HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\acrobat\shell\open\ddeexec\application

の中を一度保存。

値を AcroViewA20 to AcroViewR20 に変更。
